Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Thank you for purchasing our product, we offer a full guarantee on all purchases made on our website but under certain conditions. This should not be more than two weeks. 


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original packaging and documents shipped with the product. We will be able to exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges other than the original shipping costs invoiced.



Once your return article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.


If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for example:


  • Products with obvious signs of use.

  • Any product returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
